DUI/Criminal Traffic
If you have been arrested and charged with DUI in Washington State, you face tough prosecutors. The criminal justice system will not do you any favors. You need a strong advocate on your side to fight for your rights and your future. We are proud of every victory in DUI cases, and we will work diligently to get you a positive result. Common strategies include: questioning the reason for the stop, the field sobriety officer’s conduct, and the accuracy of the breath test or blood alcohol test. In the event the State has a strong case, we will work to negotiate a favorable outcome, which will keep the disruption in your life to a minimum.
Did you get a court date?
Even if you were not given a court date at the time of your arrest, the court will schedule your arraignment. You must appear at all of your court dates, or a warrant will be issued for your arrest.
Did you get a hole punched in your driver’s license?
Your license is still valid, but you must request a hearing with the Department of Licensing within seven days of your arrest. If you fail to do so, you will lose your license. (Learn more about the DOL hearing.)
